It’s no secret that she went a little overboard with plastic
surgery, and Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon says he’s
done operating on her. Dr. Frank Ryan told press that he’s
already performed 10 different procedures on the
“Hills” babe and she won’t be going under his
knife anymore. Ryan stated, “There’s really nothing to
do! I told Heidi that. ‘What are you going to do?
You’re done!” But that hasn’t stopped some of
Montag’s peers from hitting him up for some work. Dr. Ryan
added, “In the reality [TV] world, there’s a lot of
competition and there’s a lot of possessiveness for
one’s doctor. It’s pretty interesting.”
